Responsibilities include:

Accounts Receivable -- Manage the company's invoicing process to its customers, insure timely billing and collections processing
Payroll -- Prepare and process payroll for our employees
Accounts Payable -- Manage the company's expense management process from vendor invoicing, and insure timely payments are made
SalesForce – enter new contracts in Salesforce and assign project codes for employees
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, maintain month end account reconciliations.
Financial monthly reporting along with Key Business Metrics on utilization, gross margins and growth
Manage the month end close process, provide monthly Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash flow reports in accordance with GAAP
Analysis of financials and  financial trends
Prepare monthly Sales person reports for referral fees. 
Assist with budgeting, planning, and forecasting
Assist in the preparation of and monitor our company's actual performance against the current budget in the accounting system and business plan
Tax filings - Insure timely filing of all regulatory reporting including local, state and federal taxation forms
HR duties such as planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Organizational Skills
Excellent Communication Skills both written and oral
Detail Oriented
Analytical
3 years plus of previous accounting manager level experience
BA degree in accounting
Outstanding PC skills with Word and Excel including graphs
Experience with Powerpoint
Experience with Oracle 11i or R12
Experience with Salesforce.com

A Plus:

Experience with on line expense management systems
Previously worked for a Big 4 CPA firm
HR, 401k, benefits experience a plus
Experience with Stock portfolios a plus
