Kranz & Associates, LLC is the Bay Area’s premier financial management company, providing financial consulting services to top tier venture backed companies. This is full time position and reports to the Director of Administrative Services.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

General Office Responsibilities:

Filing, copying, faxing, mailings, general office
Admin Assistant to Partners, maintain Partners calendars, contacts
Assist in maintaining various accounting records as needed
Assist accounting with billings, staffing reports & AP
Organize quarterly meetings and events
Track deal pipeline for business development and network meetings
Assist with marketing projects, including managing clients leads list
Out of office errands as needed
Assist with employee benefits such as making popcorn
Preparing word contracts from templates
Clerical special projects as needed
Order office supplies
Other duties as assigned

 

Recruiting Responsibilities Include:

Assist with candidate tracking pipeline
Assist with resume preparation
Source, screen, and track candidates
Assist with college campus recruiting
Upload resumes into the candidate tracking system
Upload notes in the candidate tracking system
Join recruiting meetings
Post job advertisements

 

Required Experience:

 

Outstanding PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Personal and professional maturity
High energy, high commitment
Excellent organization skills
Detail oriented
Previous office experience of 5+ years preferred
College degree preferred
